Vermont House Apple Pancake

A large French crepe embedded with a sliced apple and glazed with caramelized sugar and served with sour cream on the side.

Plantation Shortcake

Cubed turkey and ham in a rich, creamy chicken volute sauce ladled over generous portions of hot cornbread.

Stuffed French Toast

A special, double-thick slice of egg enriched bread stuffed with a variety of fillings such as banana, strawberry, raspberry, cream cheese, apple and walnuts.

Bronx Style Pastrami and Eggs

Pastrami and potato in the bottom of the pan with two eggs dropped over the top and cooked.

A special knish dough filled with potato and onion, spinach or broccoli

French Canadian Potato Pancakes

A stack of five large crepes filled with a special mixture of potato and onion and cut into pie shaped wedges and served hot.

The classic shredded potato and onion fried crispy and served with sour cream.

Eggs cooked within a hollowed out slice of bread.
